Current Workouts
I've been starting to switch up my workouts after I was done with the 15 day Mommy Challenge. It really is a great workout plan, but I just needed to switch things up or I get bored of it or completely stop working out. Another great source of workouts that I recommend is Fitness Blender. You can follow them on Instagram to get updates on new workouts, or just look them up on youtube. Fitness Blender also has a website that is pretty cool. You create an account and log in a calendar what workouts you've done and/or plan to do. They have so many workouts that it's hard to get bored of them! They do have programs you can do to follow along. I prefer to pick and choose which workouts I do to target what areas of my body need it the most. They also have recipes and health/fitness blogs.
I've done their workouts in the past and really enjoyed them. They really do work and leave you feeling like you just got an amazing workout in!
I made my "personal goals" on my fitness pal app (username below), figured out what areas are needing a workout (which is pretty much everywhere right now for me 😂), and started my account on Fitness Blender.
From there, you go through their workouts and schedule them. I personally don't want to make it too confusing, but also want to get all my targeted areas worked on each week. I decided to do a workout each day for a different area and stick to those same ones for the rest of the month. Next month I'll switch it up again. This seems like a lot, but my first workout that I do in the morning is 10 minutes long. It's a "Total Body Cardio Workout" to burn fat while boosting your energy. My ideal morning is to get my jog/walk (at least a mile...I'm working my way up) then this 10 minute workout to burn some extra calories. It's even better since your heart rate will already be up from your jog that you'll burn more calories! If I have the time, I can do my workout for the day. If not, it gets pushed to my afternoon. I'll post below the workouts I'll be doing for the rest of this month. I'll definitely blog about my results. Feel free to join me!
