Mean Green Juice
Ingredients (1 serving):
(1) Cucumber
(2) Celery Stalks
(1) Handful of Baby Spinach
(1/2) Lemon
(1) Green Apple
(1 inch) Ginger Root
Cucumber Benefits: They contain multiple B vitamins, including vitamin B1, vitamin B5, and vitamin B7. B vitamins are known to help ease feelings of anxiety and help relieve some of the damaging effects of stress. Cucumbers are rich in two of the most basic things needed for healthy digestion: water and fiber.
Celery Benefits: It is an excellent source of antioxidants and beneficial enzymes, as well as vitamins and minerals such as vitamin K, vitamin C, potassium, folate and vitamin B6.
Spinach Benefits: This is also full of vitamins, antioxidants and minerals. Spinach has an extremely high nutritional value and is rich in antioxidants. It is a good source of vitamins A, B2, C and K, and also contains magnesium, manganese, folate, iron, calcium and potassium.

All of these are great for your digestion, natural source of energy, and full of so many good minerals and vitamins. This juice tastes very refreshing, but it's a stronger juice. This isn't a sweeter juice. It's another great detox and energizer!
