Easy Sun-Dried Tomato Omelet Recipe

Sun-Dried Tomato Omelet


Ingredients:

(2) Eggs
(1/2 c.) Shredded Mozzarella Cheese 
(2) Green Onions (chopped)
(1 handful) Spinach 
(1/3 c.) Sun-Dried Tomatoes (chopped) 
(1/3 c.) Turkey* (chopped)
Salt, Pepper, & Red Pepper Flakes*

*Optional or you can use your favorite kind of lunchmeat.

 An omelet is pretty simple to fix and I don't need to explain much about it. I just wanted to share my go-to omelet that I absolutely love!  I get everything prepared (washed, chopped, laid out) and then whisk my eggs with salt and pepper. I also add some red pepper flakes to it so I get a little heat kick.









Once my egg looks about like this I add half of the cheese, then the rest of ingredients, and the other half of the cheese over all of it. I fold it over and let it cook for about a minute or so.








 After its been folded over and has cooked for about a minute I flip it over to the other side, turn off my burner, put a lid over it, and let it set for another minute so all the flavors have that extra time to soak in! 
I love these omelets and how healthy these are for breakfast! These are pretty simple to make and this is just the way I prefer to cook my omelets. If you have your own way of making them I still think you should try out these ingredients!
