December Mood | Mood Board 2021

I set the mood for December pretty quick. While I haven't really been in the holiday spirit this year something about traditional red and green has made me happy. I think of traditional colorful bulb lights, warm hot cocoa, the greenery of the trees, and the scent of candy canes. Warm and cozy are the vibes. Putting it all together turned out magical and really sets the mood in wrapping up this year in my journal. Journaling has made me happy and these mood boards have been one of my favorites. I plan to continue it going into the new year and I highly suggest it if you do creative journaling too. It sets the mood every month and really helps the ideas flow for the rest of the month. This really has been "my happy place" whether it is writing my thoughts, scrapbooking photos into mood boards, or painting away on the pages. I can't wait to share more of this year with you. xx
